2025 Holi Date. Holi celebrations unite people across india, filling the air with excitement and vibrant colours. Every year, people celebrate holi on the full moon day of the hindu lunar month falgun, which usually occurs in february or march.

Holika dahan, observed on the eve of holi, falls in the falgun purnima (march 13, 2025 thursday), and on the next day, chaitra krishna paksha pratipada (march 14, 2025 friday), holi is celebrated. March 14th is the main holi day (dhuleti holi/rangwali holi) during which the act of playing with colors will take place.
